When daddy and I got home today mommy was decked out in 80's hair and make up which I understand is a relatively normal thing for a mom to do right? I feel pretty good about the fact that when my parents get bored they turn weird. The other day my left over noodles became a game of "who-can-hit-the-other-person-hard-enough-from-across-the-room-with-a-noodle-to-make-it-stick-on-the-other-person's-body" which evolved into a game of "who-can-throw-a-noodle-hard-enough-at-the-wall-and-other-household-things-to-make-it-stick".
This was a relief for me because it was a bit more civilized than their usual baby powder fights. You haven't lived until you have to watch your parents wipe baby powder off the floors, cupboards and the pictures hanging on the walls. I mean, it's totally normal for parents to get bored and act like children and do things like this isn't it?!?! The odds are pretty good that I'm going to have embarrassing parents...
My parents always seem to keep me laughing...perhaps because, from what they say, my laughter is the best sound on the earth.
